Below you will find application materials for next year's 2016-17 campaign. The next application cycle will open 12-15-15 and close 2-15-16.  At this time electronic applications are not accepted, therefore you will need to print the application and ensure all supporting documents are included before mailing to the address specified on the application, We will notify all current charities of the open application period.  If you have any questions, please send an email to sccp@doas.ga.gov with your charity name, contact person and email/phone.
